Here is a short guide on how to get started with your Nicky account.

Sign up

1. Go to https://nicky.me and click “Sign up for free”.
2. Add your details to the form and click “REGISTER”.
3. Check your email, and click “Confirm my account” to confirm that you want to sign up and to verify your email.
4. Go back to https://nicky.me, click “LOGIN” in the menu, and login with your new Nicky account.

Connect to an exchange

Connecting your Nicky account to an exchange, requires two steps. First you need to create a set of API keys on your exchange account. Secondly you need to add those keys in the settings area in Nicky.

1. Create or find API details

Depending on what exchange you are using, this is done differently. Please find and read through the guide matching your exchange. Follow the guide to get the API details you need. Remember that the private key is only shown once, when you create it. Make sure to copy the details, and store those in a safe place.

2. Add API details to your Nicky account

1. Go to the settings page. Click on the downwards facing arrow in the upper right corner of the screen.
2. Click SETTINGS.
3. Select “Connections”.
4. Click the “+ Add Connection” button.
5. Choose the exchange you want to connect to, in the dropdown menu.
6. Add the API Key and the API Secret (Private Key).
7. Provide an optional name or description for the connection, and click “Add connection”.
