Payments

Sending a payment in Nicky is straightforward. This guide helps you send your first payment with ease.

Before you start

Make sure you've completed your Merchant Configuration, created a Connection, and added or imported a Wallet. See the Getting Started guide if any of these aren't done yet.

Send a payment

  1. 1Log in to your Nicky account at nicky.me, or go directly to pay.nicky.me if you're already logged in.
  2. 2Use Profile Search, available from every tab, and enter the recipient's email, short ID, or domain (for businesses).
  3. 3Fill in the fields: select the currency, enter the amount, choose the cryptocurrency for the recipient, optionally add context in the Related to field, then click Next.
  4. 4You now have 15 minutes to confirm your payment. Scan the QR code with your wallet, or copy the highlighted crypto address, then follow your wallet's instructions.
  5. 5Click I have sent, then enter the Transaction ID to verify authenticity. See How to Find a Transaction ID if you need help.
